The Cortland also features a double-breasted front closure and roomy welt pockets. All seams are bound, which not only gives your coat a professional finish, but also helps it stand up to wear and tear.

Techniques involved include sewing a straight seam, welt pockets, Hong Kong seam finishing, topstitching, sewing a collar & collar stand, inserting buttonholes, and hand sewing.
